FEASIBILITY & SITE ANALYSIS SUPPORT
• Assess the property’s physical characteristics—including topography, soil conditions,
utility availability, and other site constraints—alongside regulatory considerations such
as zoning requirements and building code compliance.
• Conduct preliminary financial evaluations, including high-level cost analysis and
market demand assessments, to determine the practical and economic viability of the
proposed project.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT BUDGETING & VALUE ENGINEERING
• Provide periodic cost updates throughout the design development phase to ensure
the project remains aligned with the established budget.
• Present alternative construction methods and material options to support ownership
and the design team in making informed design and financial decisions.
SUBCONTRACTOR EVALUATION & RECOMMENDATION
• Review subcontractor scopes of work to ensure alignment with project drawings,
specifications, and overall contract requirements, minimizing the potential for gaps,
overlaps, or ambiguities.
• Evaluate subcontractor qualifications, performance history, and pricing to provide
informed recommendations for preferred subcontractors who best meet project
standards for quality, safety, and value.
• Develop and provide standardized subcontract agreement formats that incorporate
appropriate terms and conditions, ensuring consistency, clarity, and enforceability
across all project contracts.
